Neil Gatland

Neil is the Managing Director of Greenio, bringing extensive leadership experience and deep technical understanding across the renewable energy and low-carbon heating sectors. With a strong background in delivering complex energy solutions, Neil is responsible for setting Greenio’s strategic direction, driving sustainable growth and ensuring the business continues to deliver high-quality, compliant renewable energy projects across both residential and commercial markets.

Neil plays a key role in aligning Greenio’s technical expertise with its wider EPC and delivery ambitions, ensuring projects are designed and executed to the highest standards. With a clear focus on customer outcomes, operational excellence and long-term value, he works closely with clients, partners and the wider team to ensure Greenio remains a trusted renewable energy delivery partner as part of the TLS Energy Group.

Commercial Sales Advisor

Catherine Boycott

Catherine Boycott is Greenio’s Commercial Sales Advisor, leading the day-to-day sales operation of the business. She plays a key role in managing customer enquiries, developing commercial opportunities and ensuring clients receive the right solutions to meet their specific requirements.With a strong focus on customer needs and long-term value, Catherine works closely with customers and internal teams to ensure each proposal is accurately scoped, clearly communicated and aligned with project objectives.

Her customer-focused approach and understanding of Greenio’s service offering help ensure clients receive the right solution, delivered with clarity, confidence and professionalism.

Project and Customer Liaison Specialist

Katy Ordish

Katy Ordish is Greenio’s Project and Customer Liaison Specialist, acting as a key point of contact between customers, engineers and project teams. She plays a central role in coordinating projects from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring clear communication, efficient scheduling and a positive customer experience throughout.

In addition to project coordination, Katy is responsible for ensuring that all products, materials and stock are correctly organised and available for each project, helping installations run smoothly and on schedule. With a strong focus on organisation, responsiveness and attention to detail, she ensures both customers and internal teams are fully aligned, supporting efficient delivery and maintaining Greenio’s high standards of service.

Senior Biomass Engineer

Brandon Bowskill

Brandon has been a key part of the Greenio team since 2014 and has played an important role in the development and growth of our biomass division. During this time, he has progressed into a fully trained and highly experienced Biomass Boiler Engineer, building a strong reputation for technical knowledge and practical expertise.

With extensive hands-on experience across installation, servicing and maintenance, Brandon is widely regarded as a trusted specialist within the industry. His in-depth understanding of biomass systems makes him a valuable technical resource within Greenio, supporting both project delivery and ongoing customer support.

Senior Electrical Engineer

James Clifton

James is one of Greenio’s Senior Solar PV Installers, bringing extensive qualifications, technical competence and hands-on experience to every project. He has played a key role in supporting and guiding Greenio through the MCS accreditation process, helping to ensure our installations consistently meet the highest industry and compliance standards.

James’s in-depth knowledge and attention to detail are instrumental in maintaining quality, safety and best practice across all solar PV installations, reinforcing Greenio’s commitment to delivering reliable, fully compliant renewable energy solutions.

James Fletcher

James is one of Greenio’s skilled Solar PV Electricians, bringing a high level of technical expertise and professionalism to every project. As a fully qualified and knowledgeable member of the team, he plays a key role in surveying and installing solar PV systems, ensuring each solution is correctly specified to meet the individual needs of our customers.
