I would give 6 stars if I could. Bear with me this is a long one. Greenio came to my rescue after I had already placed an order with a competitor. Unfortunately that competitor could not answer the questions that I was raising about the installation or other matters despite being MCS certified. After several attempts we finally agreed to part company. On revisiting my project I approached Greenio through a Google search for local installers. The response from Catherine was rapid. Having had a poor previous experience I fired of all my questions with regards to the installation, equipment manufacturers, warranties, panel locations etc that I had been generating through my YouTube research ( a shout out to Gary does Solar here)immediately, and to my surprise answers came back very swiftly and comprehensively. It wasn’t long into the discussion that I decided Greenio could come for a look. Yet again I was surprised that Fletch actually got his ladders out and went up to check roof dimensions. I should add I have two chimneys and my major concern was shadows. I have had several online quotes that had not identified shadow issues so I was gratified that Fletch took the trouble to look at this without prompting. That action alone would have gotten them the order but the clear and unambiguous technical help with the installation, the genuine interest in what was best for me and the rapid responses to any questions gave me such confidence in Greenio that it put all others in the shade, yes that was a pun. Having agreed a contract and despite the fact my install needed G99 approval (that Katy turned around within a day!) we were up and scheduled to install within a couple of weeks. The installation process was so smooth. The engineers arrived on time, were very friendly and sensitive that this was our home and did an absolutely immaculate job. The handover was simple and smooth with James taking time to explain the whole system, helping to download and understand the necessary apps. Would I recommend Greenio? You bet I would. Greenio Ltd. recently installed solar panels for us. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. They are friendly, professional and knowledgable and willing to answer queries and explain aspect of the work throughout. The excellent engineers, who installed the equipment to high standard and were meticulous in concealing the necessary cabling. They also set up and fully explained the application used for the system. Greenio have been amazing! My charger came part of a car deal but that made no difference. They contacted me at every point, also taking calls to answer a few questions I had. The survey was so quick and identified the best way to get from one side of my house to the other as going round the outside wasn't an option. On installation day I was kept informed and James was great just getting it done , and even popped back the next day to clip a cable to the wall which needed to connect the charger to my Internet. Greenio installed a GivEnergy 5.5kWh solar (12 panel) and 10kWh battery system at our home in January 2025. We have had a great experience, from the design and advice from Anna, project co-ordination from Olivia and installation by James and Fletch. Great communications and planning throughout, with very friendly and professional people that kept us informed and confident throughout. Greenio have been superb and guiding us through the solar process from Anna, initially with a no pressure and detailed site visit, to the “ James x2 “ who surveyed and installed with total confidence and competency and to Olivia who kept us informed and up to date ! Any queries no matter how silly, they are prompt to reply and really care about the product and satisfaction of the customer. We cannot recommend highly enough. Good sound advice without any pressure. After a home visit and a thorough survey I was given various options to consider.Anna was always ready for prompt and helpful guidance, and having decided to go with Greenio I was given a target date for installation. Scaffolding was erected on schedule and installation was prompt.  The team was excellent. Friendly, efficient and thoroughly professional. Not sure why I’ve not added a review sooner. I’ve used Greenio 3 times now. In a previous role I used them to install lighting which was managed really well. Last year I had 22 solar panels installed - incredibly well managed and top spec. Excellent workmanship and such professional service. Delivered on time. Just recently added a battery.
